All chauffeurs hold the required professional licenses and insurance.

2.2 Booking

A booking is confirmed only after:

  • written confirmation

  • agreement on pricing

2.3 Pricing
Pricing is determined based on:

  • duration

  • distance

  • specific requirements

Additional charges may apply in case of changes.

2.4 Payment
Payments may be made by:

  • bank transfer

  • cash (within legal limits)

The company may require a deposit or full prepayment.

2.5 Cancellation

  • More than 24 hours: no charge

  • Between 24 and 12 hours: up to 50% may be charged

  • Less than 12 hours: up to 100% may be charged

2.6 No-Show
If the client is absent at the agreed time and location:

The service will be charged in full.

2.7 Waiting Time
Standard transfers

A reasonable waiting time is included.
Beyond that, additional charges may apply.

Airport / train station pickups

Waiting time includes a reasonable delay after arrival.
Beyond that, additional charges may apply.

2.8 Client Delay
Any delay by the client may:

  • affect the service

  • reduce the duration of the service

  • result in additional charges

2.9 Luggage
The client is responsible for:

  • declaring luggage volume

  • ensuring it is compatible with the reserved vehicle

In case of mismatch:

  • the service may be adjusted

  • or refused without refund

2.10 Client Conduct
Clients must behave appropriately at all times.

The following are prohibited:

  • unsafe behavior

  • damage to the vehicle

  • unauthorized consumption

In case of breach:

  • the service may be terminated

  • additional charges may apply

2.11 Damages
Any damage to the vehicle or equipment will be charged to the client.

2.12 Service Execution
The company undertakes to deliver services with a high level of reliability, punctuality, and coordination.

However, it shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • traffic conditions

  • weather conditions

  • external events

  • force majeure

2.13 Subcontracting
The company may engage independent chauffeurs or partners.

It remains responsible for the proper execution of the service.

2.14 Liability
The company’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from proven fault.

2.15 Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

2.16 Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.

2.17 Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.

Failing that, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the company’s registered office.
