More than 24 hours: no charge

If the client is absent at the agreed time and location:

Standard transfers
A reasonable waiting time is included.

Airport / train station pickups
Waiting time includes a reasonable delay after arrival.

2.8 Client Delay

2.9 Luggage

declaring luggage volume
ensuring it is compatible with the reserved vehicle
In case of mismatch:

or refused without refund

damage to the vehicle
unauthorized consumption
